Genesis 1 Family Pack
Genesis 1, for the week ahead
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Memory verse · Genesis 1:1 · BSB
For pastors and small-group leaders
Flockpath turns a sermon, a topic, or a list of verses into a pastor-approved, printable week for adults and kids together. Five days. One memory verse. Nothing reaches a family until the pastor has read it.

Every pack ends with a coloring page. The week closes with something small hands can do while the words settle in.
Children hear a lesson at church that their parents cannot always teach at home. Not for lack of care, but for lack of time, words, and a plan for Monday morning.
Pastors already carry a full week. Asking them to write five more devotionals, five children's versions, leader questions, and a song on top of a sermon is asking for a second sermon, every week.
Flockpath closes that gap without adding a new program for the church to run. One sermon in, one printable week out, for adults and kids reading the same passage together.
“The same passage at the kitchen table that was preached from the pulpit, in words a parent can read aloud and a child can follow.” What a Flockpath week is for
Inside every pack
Select a page to see what it holds and what the pastor checks before the pack locks. The order never changes, so families know where they are every week.
How it works
Flockpath drafts. It does not preach, counsel, or replace the pastor. Every pack passes through the pastor's hands before a family ever sees it.
Paste sermon text, choose a topic, list verses, or upload a file. A topic alone never makes a pack: the pastor picks the verses the week will stand on.
A local, open-source model drafts the devotionals, guided by Phos commentaries, cross-references, and lexicon notes for the passage. Scripture is filled in by code, never written by the model.
Review gates flag anything that needs a second look, in plain words. Edit in your own voice. The lock records exactly what you approved, and only that version is printed or sent.
Hand out paper on Sunday, or send the PDF file yourself, by email or WhatsApp. Families need no account, and paper needs no signal.
The review screen, in miniature
This is a demonstration of the idea, not the app itself. The real app runs on the pastor's machine, and the same rule holds there: an edit reopens review, and only a reviewed version can lock.
Open a gate to see what it checks. Then change a word in the draft and watch the lock open again.
Each gate is checked before a pack can lock. A failed gate names the problem; the pack never locks quietly.
Locking records the exact wording families receive. In the app, the lock record sits with the pack, so what was approved is never a matter of memory.
A sample week
The structure below comes from a Genesis 1 test pack. The day titles come from the test pack; every Scripture quote is Berean Standard Bible, filled in exactly. Devotional wording in a real pack is reviewed and edited by the pastor before any family sees it.
Genesis 1:1 · BSB
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1 · Berean Standard Bible
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
One verse, locked for the whole week, repeated at the table every day.
An original chorus written for this pack, “Creation Song.”
Let there be light in the morning
God made us in His own image
He saw it all and it was very good
And blessed the seventh day
When a pack uses a hymn instead, it is a verified public-domain hymn, and the song page points families to Hymnary for sheet music and audio.
Creation, sky, and sea, in bold outlines made to be colored. Select the picture to see it full size.
The outline download is a plain-text summary of this sample week: day titles, Scripture references with BSB wording, the memory verse, and the chorus lines. It is a sample of the structure, not a finished pack, and it carries no QR code and no link. Real packs are PDFs, printed or sent as a file.
Safeguards
These are not promises about good intentions. They are how the tool is built: what the model is allowed to do, what code checks, and what only a pastor can approve.
01
The model returns references only. Code fills every quote, character for character, from a verified verse store. A quote that does not match blocks the pack.
02
Children's versions are marked as retellings, in plain words a child can follow. A paraphrase is never presented as Scripture.
03
The pastor reads, edits, and locks every pack. The lock records exactly what was approved, so the week families receive is the reviewed week.
04
Hymns are verified as public domain in all their parts, matched by Scripture and topic, never by the model's taste. Otherwise the pack carries an original chorus.
05
Generation runs on the pastor's machine, with an open-source model and no paid AI API. Sermon text is not sent to an outside AI provider.
06
Packs carry no ads and no tracking of families. A printed page asks nothing of the people reading it.
On a machine with no signal, in a kitchen with no printer at hand, in a home where the phone stays in a drawer. The week still works.
Generation, review, and printing need no internet at all once the tool is installed.
No hosted link to keep alive, no sign-in standing between a family and the week's reading.
Questions
Pastors and small-group leaders who preach on Sunday and want families carrying the same passage through the week. One person prepares the pack; whole households read it, adults and children together.
A sermon, a topic, a list of verses, or a file. If you start with a topic, you search the study material, pick the verses yourself, and only then does a pack get drafted. A topic alone never generates one.
The Berean Standard Bible, and only that one. It is public domain, and every quote in a pack is filled in exactly from a verified verse store, not written out by the model.
Ages 6 to 10. Each day has its own title and a retelling in plain words, marked as a retelling, plus something to do together and a prayer.
Yes, and you are expected to. Read every page, edit in your own voice, and lock only the version you approve. The lock records that exact wording.
Once installed, generation, review, locking, and printing all work offline. The internet is needed only to install the tool, to take an update you choose, to send the PDF, and for the external hymn sheet music and audio links.
Pricing is not set yet. Flockpath 1.0 is still in development, and the next step is a real pastor end-to-end test. Pricing and availability will be published on this page when that testing is complete. There is no sign-up here, and no payment is taken through this site.
One sermon, carried to the kitchen table for five days. Adults and children, the same passage, the same memory verse, and a pastor who has read every word first.
Flockpath 1.0 is in development. The next step is a real pastor end-to-end test, and this page will be updated as testing, pricing, and availability are settled. The sample week above shows the structure a real pack follows.
